        FINANCIAL INFORMATION

 

                Students who have definite financial needs may apply for the Work program.  This assistance is provided in the form of part-time work on the campus.  Preference is given to dorm students who express a desire to work and demonstrate the greatest financial need.  Financial aid application forms should be secured well in advance of the opening of the term from the Registrar's office.

                As compared to other Bible schools, institutes, and colleges, student expenses at Ozark Bible Institute and College are most reasonable.  Regardless of Work Program arrangements, student down payments required at registration are:

     Fall (Dorm)                     $1,100.00

    Fall (Non-dorm)                  $600.00

    Spring (New Dorm)         $1,100.00

    Spring (Returning Dorm)   $600.00

    Spring (Non-dorm)              $300.00

 

                Returning students need all past remaining bill current in addition to the regular semester's down payment.  The balance of charges must be paid in monthly payments.  Any request for variance from the required down payment should be made in the Business Office (on the proper form) at least three weeks prior to registration to allow for full consideration.  If a student pays the full amount at registration for the semester's tuition, room, board, books, and all fees, a 5% discount will be given on the tuition and room charges.               

Any "break" period is not considered as part of the academic year and any student who receives permission to remain on campus during that time will be charged a nominal rate per day for his/her room.

NOTICE OF LIABILITY

 

                In the event of a catastrophe, such as, but not limited to, windstorm, explosion, fire, smoke, vehicles, and aircraft, Ozark Bible Institute and College is not liable for damages to any personal belongings of students.  Neither is Ozark Bible Institute and College liable for theft of personal belongings of students, staff, or faculty members.

 

 

Miscellaneous

Supplies, laundry, and incidentals may total  $100.00 per semester, depending, of course, on the individual student.
